The service from the staff is first rate, however the hotel itself and the rooms are a bit old and worn. Again this is no big deal if you’re only there for one night. Keep in mind also that although The Robinson Department Store, Central Plaza Shopping Complex and Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre are close by they are not within walking distance.
